How to make a complaint
You are encouraged to raise any complaints directly with the subject of your complaint. If the informal approach does not resolve your issue or you would prefer to make a formal complaint, please follow these steps:

How we will respond
Your complaint will be acknowledged as soon as possible and usually within five days of receipt and you will be advised of the name of the person dealing with your complaint and also updated on progress.
If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of your complaint you can submit an appeal. You will be advised of the outcome within 21 days of the date of submission.
